Jane's Second Challenge

Jane says she will make me something even better. This time, Jane promised to make me an even better item than last time, but she needs me to defeat some monsters and gather 1 Mushmom Spore, 3 vials of Drake's Blood, 25 Medicine With Weird Vibes, and 25 Malady's Experimental Frogs. She claimed that she'll be able to use these ingredients to make a more powerful elixir... I got Jane the materials she needed. If she does well, I'll get some nice elixirs. If not... er, I wonder if I HAVE to take what she makes me...
