A Request from Corporal Easy

I need to find Corporal Easy, who is somewhere on the Ossyria continent. I found Corporal Easy at Cloud Park VI, and he asked me to get him 4 refined Sapphires while giving me an item to give to Master Sergeant Fox. I gave Sapphires to Corporal Easy. What would he give Master Sergeant Fox
