First Greeting with Maya, the Town Resident

It looks like Arthur, the town clerk, is looking for someone to help with his work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Henesys Town Hall. Arthur, the town clerk, asked me to greet Maya, a resident of the town. Since I've become a resident here too, greeting the townspeople is a given, right Only characters at Level 12 or higher can complete this quest. I greeted Maya, a resident of Henesys. I have a feeling we're going to get along great!
