Asking After Chun Ji

It looks like Roxy, the City Clerk, is looking for someone to help with his work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Kerning City Civic Center. Roxy, the City Clerk, asked me to check on Chun Ji, one of the residents. Ugh, do I really have to deal with that guy again... Only characters at Level 32 or higher can complete this quest. I checked in on Chun Ji, a resident of Kerning City. They were as blunt as ever, but maybe we've gotten just a tiny bit closer.
