It's All in the Mind

CitizenshipLevel 17+NPC: Mong from Kong

Story

It seems like Mong from Kong in Kerning City has finally crafted the Stirge phobia cure. I need to deliver the Special Stirge Phobia Cure crafted by Mong from Kong to Jake at the subway entrance in Kerning City. I hope this helps... Only characters at Level 17 or higher can complete this quest. I delivered the Special Stirge Phobia Cure crafted by Mong from Kong to Jake at the subway entrance in Kerning City. Truth be told, it seems like a medicine with little to no actual effect, but if it gave Jake the courage he needed, perhaps that is enough.
